6. Customer Apps and End Users (Data Controller / Processor)
TFF provides technical infrastructure to Customers. If a Customer uses their app or website to collect or process end-user data, the Customer is the “Data Controller” of that data and is solely responsible for obtaining any required consents (including parental consent where applicable) and complying with applicable privacy laws. TFF acts only as a technical service provider to the Customer.
The platform is not designed to collect student personal data; however, Customers remain responsible for any data they choose to process through their own content, workflows, or external links.
7. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. Where legally required, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
8. Data Retention
We retain information as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We may retain limited information after deletion where legally required.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
